Chef Dennis Palma-Cedeño works as the Executive Chef of South of Temperance, located in Toronto’s prestigious financial district.

Born in Toronto and raised in Colombia, Chef Dennis expresses the best of both worlds through his culinary creations. Extensive international travel, classic French culinary training and access to the best local, sustainable ingredients inspire his cooking.

Chef Dennis enjoys building intense flavors, and truly shines when working with Latin inspired dishes. Chef’s commitment to seasonality, and his relationship with local suppliers are at the core of his cuisine. If he were a food, he would be compared to a habanero chili; spicy, exotic and something you would never forget.
